3. The TOGO courts final order:
All three of MT centurion ship captain sunil
james , cheif officer ashok chandran from
Chennai and third engineer Andy Vijayan
from kochi were arrested for abeting piracy.
A togo court went through the polic probe
report and found that the arrest were based
on evidence. The court and the prosecutor
failed to establish the roles of james and
vijayan and abeting piracy and they were
released but chandran was held for the
piracy.
