This document is a call for speakers for a session at the LAVACON conference titled "Online Customer Service Marketing: A Content Strategy Love Affair". The session will discuss how marketing and technical writing teams can collaborate on content creation by redistributing technical content through new communication channels. Attendees will learn how diverse teams can work together to improve user experience and what tools are needed to enable successful collaborative content development. The session will be presented by Nikoletta Vecsei, a Community Manager at EMC Isilon, and Kirsten Gantenbein, a Technical Content Strategist at EMC Isilon.
