treatment and cleaning unit (NID & Fabric Filter) to VKG Energia OU Kohtla-Järve, Estonia.
The delivery was an EPC turnkey. Based in ALSTOM’s office in Växjö, Sweden, where all
Design, Engineering & Procurement was executed.

Project & Site Manager Fortum Klaipeda Waste to Energy CHP Project (2011 - 2013):
ALSTOM Power Sweden AB delivered all flue gas and waste water treatment and cleaning to
UAB Fortum’s new Waste to Energy plant in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The assignment also
included to act as Construction- & Commissioning Manager. Site based in Lithuania
Project & Site Manager Trehörningen Waste to Energy Project (2010 - 2011):
ALSTOM Consortium delivered all flue gas treatment and cleaning to Eidsiva Energi AS new
Waste to Energy CHP plant “Trehörningen Energisentral” in Hamar, Norway. The assignment
also included to act as Construction- & Commissioning Manager. Site Based in Norway
Consortium Project Director Longannet FGD Project (2008 - 2010):
The project includes three SWFGD Units (Sea Water Flue Gas Desulphurisation) on three
existing 600 MW coal fired units at the Longannet Power Generation Station in Scotland. The
turn-key delivery was executed and carried out by a Consortium of ALSTOM Norway AS,
ALSTOM Power Ltd and AMEC Group Limited. Site based in Scotland.
Semcon Caran AB: 2007 – 2008
Operations Manager Process & Plant Design. The unit consists of two offices. One in
Gothenburg and the other in Stenungsund, Sweden. Amongst others the duty also included the
Office Manager role in Stenungsund. Member of the Semcon Regional Business Area West
Management Team.
Preem Petroleum AB – Preemraff Göteborg: 1987 - 2007
Senior Business Advisor & Project Manager (1997 – 2007):
Project Manager for larger investments- and refinery development projects. Within the Project
Manager’s responsibilities were all disciplines included such as Project Control, Design,
Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning activities.
I was also responsible for commercial agreements in several other areas.
During the period I was assigned Project Manager for several investment projects. As one
example the “Isomerization Revamp Project”. The project included:
− A new UOP Molex Unit.
− Major revamp of the existing UOP Penex Isomerization Unit.
− New Steam Boiler and peripheral equipments.
− Necessary revamps of refinery units, infrastructure and interconnecting pipes.
− SCR DeNox Unit on a crude charge fired heater.
I was also assigned as Project Manager for a new Oil Accounting and Scheduling system
within the Preem Business Group and various Profit Improvement Projects. Within Preem and
their business partners I participated in project- and project steering committees in various
projects. I also got a well proven track record in managing fast track projects.

Senior Process Engineer & Project Manager (1993 – 1997):
Advanced Process design, engineering & development works. During this period of time the
refinery had a very large investment program. Assigned to several investment- and developing
projects of various size as Senior Process Engineer and Discipline Lead. I was also assigned
as Project Manager to other Refinery investment projects such as the ”Waste Heat Recovery
Project”, in which waste heat from the refinery was recovered and delivered into the
Gothenburg district heating system. The role as Project Manager included being responsible
for all activities and disciplines (Project Control, Design, Engineering, Procurement,
Construction & Commissioning).
Operation Superintendent (1992 – 1993):
Plant & Operation Manager for the two CDU & DHT units, Isomerisation unit, Waste heat
recovery systems and the Relief & Flare systems. Member of the Refinery Operation
Management Team.
Production Planning Engineer (1988 – 1991):
Production planning, scheduling, product blending, shipments and investment analysis by
usage of, amongst others tools, Linear Programming optimisation models. Responsible for the
development of the refinery production planning LP-model, crude assays and refinery
performance monitoring.
Process Engineer & Energy Manager (1987 – 1988):
Various Process engineering works and studies, including but not limited to Energy usage
monitoring and management.
