I have worked closely with Dave Beardsley for over 15 years. During this time, he has
consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise within a range of skills including Class A
Surfacing, understanding and capturing complex shapes and CAD geometry, mechanical
design and optimization, CAD modeling and enterprise database management.
Dave is an excellent communicator and works well in a cross-discipline environment. He is able
to facilitate solutions and find common ground within a group of technical contributors. Dave is
especially good at taking ideas and concepts and translating them into complex shapes and
geometry. He understands what is important for both prototyping and production design
solutions.
Dave is an excellent people manager, has built teams and started new functions within an
organization. He is thoughtful and caring about the people on his team and consistently gets
positive feedback from direct employees and peers.
