This document provides information about a land art workshop. Land art uses natural materials found in nature like leaves, rocks, and branches to create sculptures and constructions in outdoor settings. Students will go outside and reshape the landscape to create temporary land artworks. They will then photograph their creations. The workshop encourages students to write and draw descriptions of their land art works. It also explores microscopic seeds and having students draw and describe their favorite seed.

LAND ART is a form of art that is created in nature, using organic
materials such as sand, rocks, stones, branches, leaves...
Land art works are out of the museums and into the outside world.
The landscape is the means of land art creation. Reshaping the
landscape is a common feature of land art. People can also add
things to the environment to create land art.
Land art sculptures, constructions and projects are temporary and
artists need a camera to capture and display these artworks.
