4. CONDITIONS

ORDER OF ASSIGNMENT ON REGISTRY
Utmikrislman KP, Dewaswampanunpil,Thirunakkara P.O. Kottayamu is informed that
his/her application for assignment of land as described 'n tie schedule hereto as has been
accepted and that the land is assigned to him/laeg or the purpose of House-site and
subject to the following conditions s-
) The land value as indicated in the Schedule shall be remitted within 30 days from
the date of receipt of this order.
2) The land shall be inheritable but not alienable for a period of 12 years from the
date of registry, provided that the assignee may mortgage the land to be
Government, Co-operative Institutions or other Institutional Credit Agencies for L
obtaining loans for effecting improvements to the land or for constructing
repairing building or for the improvement of the business of the assignee.
3) The land shall be subject to general taxes or local taxes payable. under any law
or custom.
4) The trees standing on the land shall be cut and removed only with the prior
sanction of the assigning authority and on the payment of the value as assessed
by the assigning authority. However , in the case of lands already in the
possession of the assignee no tree value shall be levied if such trees are
planted by him or his predecessor-in-interest.
5) Any amount due to Government on account of the assi ent shall be
recoverable from the assignee as if they are arrears of land revenue.
6) The assignment shall be liable to be cancelled for contravention of the terms and
conditions or if it is found that it was grossly inequitable, or was made under a
mistake of fact or misrepresentation of fact or in excess of the powers delegated
on the Assigning Authority or that there was an irregularity in the procedure.
7) In the event of cancellation of the assignment, the assignee shall not be entitled
to any compensation on the improvements if any, effected on the land.
