8. National Emblem was approved on 14 January in 1994 . There is a white falcon, Issyk Kul lake, Ala Too mountains, rising sun. Flag was adopted on 3 March in 1992 . It consist of yellow sun in center with 40 rays on the red baground. The are “tunduk” in the center of the sun. Kyrgyzstan became an independence country on 31 August 1991.
