Clubhouse Manager – Frisco Roughriders Baseball Team
Responsible for a daily budget of $770 to provide for the following:
o Pre-Batting Practice, Post-Batting Practice, and Post-game meal for 35+ players and staff according
national guidelines set forth by the Texas Rangers Nutritionist.
Manage Clubhouse staff of five (including two visiting clubhouse attendants, one home clubhouse attendant,
and two batboys) to coordinate pre-game and post-game clubhouse duties, and in-game batboy duties.
Coordinate with Texas Rangers Management to prepare and provide accommodations for roster call-ups of
minor league players and rehab assignments of major league players.
Accommodate and provide all of the equipment needs of 35+ players and staff
Maintenance of all clubhouse accommodations including but not limited to:
o Uniforms and general sports equipment needs, players and staff nutritional needs, forty locker
clubhouse and coaches’ offices, five industrial washing machines and three industrial dryers, logistics
for travel equipment for seventy road games, and building and maintaining a positive relationship with
members of the Frisco Community, vendors, and local caterers.

Home Clubhouse Attendant – Texas Rangers Baseball Team
Provide maximum customer service to players, coaches, and personnel.
Provide and maintain uniforms and all apparel worn by players, coaches, and staff.
Sustain, distribute, and inventory bats, balls, cleats, gloves, catchers’ gear, etc.
Responsible for upkeep of clubhouse including kitchen, players and coaches’ locker room, meeting room,
equipment room, coaches’ office, lobby, bathrooms, dugout, and laundry room.
Pack truck for road trips and ensure every player, coach, and staff member has everything they need in order to
complete their respective duties on a daily basis.
Embrace the time consuming 162 game schedule of a professional baseball season.

Equipment Manager – Dallas Cowboys Football Team
Preparation for Training Camp, and accompaniment with the team a week prior and full duration of Pre-season
practice and schedule.
Practice drill set up and assistance with carrying out drills in accordance with Coaches specifications.
Responsible for the maintenance and up keep of Football helmets for over 55 players.

USA National Football Teams January-February 2014—2015
Equipment Manager – USA National Football U-15, U-16, U-17, U-18, and U-19 teams
Properly fit over 300 high school athletes, from over 20 nationalities in helmets and shoulder pads over the
course of two days.
Responsible for equipment inventory, organization, and maintenance of over 1,000 items of football related
equipment.
Organize an efficient, effective, and visually pleasing equipment check-in process for a two-day period of total
apparel issuance for over 300 athletes.
Coordinate and delegate with over ten operations employees, two equipment managers, and two Riddell
representatives in order to complete equipment check-in process.
Work in congruence with ten operations employees, and two equipment managers to provide every necessary
equipment, water/Gatorade, nutrition, and field equipment for five USA Football teams to complete daily practice
schedules, scrimmages against Team Canada and IFAF world team, and games against the latter as well.
Oversee equipment check-out/reconditioning process of helmets and shoulder pads for over 300 athletes.
Provide necessary Equipment services for IFAF World Team of over 100 athletes from over 20 nationalities.
