Kordells Letter
1. To all who may concern,
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ms. Ross during her internship with 92.9 The
Game. Ms. Ross worked with Game Time, the afternoon drive show hosted by Carl Dukes and
myself. Ms. Ross has a dynamic personality, and a special quality that entrances those around
her. Ms. Ross came into her internship with great knowledge and understanding of
communication strategies and social interactions. During the past few months, I have watched
Ms. Ross further develop her natural abilities while participating in promotional events, making
occasional on-air comments, and adapting to the ebb and flow of our office and team.
Although she was only an intern, Ms. Ross became part of our 92.9 team, and amazed
everyone with her maturity, work ethic, and natural spark. Though she impressively completed
numerous tasks, perhaps the most notable was her performance during the giveaways at Falcons
camp. While the station broadcasted on remote from the Falcon’s facility in Flowery Branch,
Georgia, Ms. Ross was put in charge of the promotional aspect of the remote, which included an
autographed Matt Ryan helmet giveaway. Not only did Ms. Ross win over crowds, she also was
able to turn naysayers into listeners of our station. Ms. Ross also gave away all of our station
lanyards, which had never been done before.
Ms. Ross never missed a day of work, including her birthday in late May, and was the
only intern to show up on the Fourth of July. No matter the conditions, Ms. Ross was always on
time for her job, and performed every task to its fullest.
Game Time and 92.9 will greatly miss Ms. Ross, and I hope that future employers have
the pleasure of working with such an amazing young lady. I recommend Ms. Ross for hire for
any job in radio, broadcasting, promotions and marketing, or that of the like.
Sincerely,
Kordell Stewart
