1. Apakah peraturan atau penalti yang boleh dikenakan kepada murid yang tidak menyertai
kegiatan kokurikulum ?
Murid yang tidak menyertai kegiatan kokurikulum dianggap sebagai ponteng, justeru
menjejaskan prestasi markah kokurikulumnya.
2. Rumah sukan, apakah dikira sebagai ahli kelab sukan dan boleh diberikan markah ?
Kegiatan dalam rumah sukan adalah diiktiraf sebagai kegiatan sukan. Maka penglibatan
murid-murid diiktiraf telah terlibat dalam bidang sukan/permainan, layak diberi markah.
3. Bagaimana pengiraan jika kehadiran lebih daripada jumlah yang pertemuan yang
ditetapkan?
Murid-murid layak mendapat markah penuh jika kehadiran mereka mencapai jumlah
minima. Kehadiran melebihi jumlah ini tidak membawa penambahan markah.
4. Memanipulasi jawatan kapten dalam pasukan (kegiatan sukan). Satu jenis sukan tetapi
ada banyak kapten.
Sebuah pasukan sukan hanya mempunyai seorang kapten. Jika ditubuhkan banyak
pasukan, maka layaklah setiap pasukan ini mempunyai kaptennya masing-masing.
5. Jika ketua kelas / pengawas atau pelajar dengan jawatan khas yang berpindah sekolah
selepas beberapa bulan (tidak cukup setahun) ke sekolah baru, bagaimana penilaian
harus dibuat di sekolah baru?
Markah memegang jawatan ini hanya layak diterima jika jawatan disandang ialah untuk
tempoh satu tahun.
6. Bagaimana penilaian kokurikulum untuk tahun 2006 dilakukan untuk kemasukan ke
IPTA tahun 2007?
Rakaman prestasi murid-murid dalam bidang kokurikulum yang sedia ada di sekolah
hendaklah dijadikan asas pengiraan. Untuk tujuan pengiraan tahun 2007 pengiraan
hendaklah diperolehi sekurang-kurangnya bagi prestasi 2005 dan 2006 (2 tahun).
7. Bagaimana pengesahan harus dibuat bagi penyertaan pelajar di peringkat daerah atau
sekolah yang tiada sijil , tetapi ada tercatat dalam sijil berhenti sekolah?
Sebarang bentuk dokumen rasmi yang mengesahkan penyertaan atau pencapaian boleh
diterima sebagai sokongan sah.
2. 8. Jika sijil hilang, adakah perlu perakuan dari pihak yang mengeluarkan sijil?
Pengesahan menerima dokumen yang hilang perlu diperakui oleh pengeluar dokumen
berkenaan.
9. Adakah perlu suatu panel khas atau jawatankuasa untuk menyemak dan mengesahkan
kesahihan maklumat dalam borang penilaian?
Menubuhkan panel atau jawatankuasa bagi menyemak maklumat borang penilaian
dianggap sebagai usaha tambahan sahaja.
10. Bagaimana penilaian bagi seorang murid di sekolah pedalaman yang hanya hadir untuk
sesuatu tahun sahaja (tidak penuh tingkatan) contoh: hanya hadir untuk tingkatan 1, 3
dan 5 sahaja.
Murid hanya dinilai mengikut tahun penglibatan mereka sahaja.
11. Bagaimana penilaian harus dibuat jika bilangan perjumpaan untuk aktiviti tidak mencapai
had minimum yang ditetapkan
Markah kehadiran dinilai berdasarkan kepada jumlah kali kehadiran sama ada menepati
jumlah yang ditetapkan ataupun tidak.
12. Bagaimanakah penilaian dilakukan sekiranya murid terlibat dalam aktiviti masyarakat di
luar sekolah?
Murid perlu mengemukakan dokumen pengesahan penglibatan untuk pertimbangan
mendapat markah.
13. Bagaimana hendak menilai pelajar yang belajar di luar negara (dengan sebab mengikut
bapa dan sebagainya) dan masuk ke tingkatan 5 di Malaysia pada pertengahan atau
pada penghujung tahun .
Murid perlu mengemukakan bukti-bukti (dokumen perakuan) penglibatan dan
pencapaian dalam kegiatan kokurikulum untuk dijadikan sebagai asas pertimbangan.
14. Markah untuk pencapaian perlulah juga diberi kepada murid yang tewas / kalah / tiada
memenangi anugerah dalam aktiviti yang disertainya.
Markah murid yang tewas dalam sesuatu peringkat pertandingan akan merujuk kepada
markah pertandingan di peringkat sebelumnya.
15. Bagaimanakah penilaian murid di sekolah di pedalaman yang tiada kemudahan/
prasarana untuk menyertai aktiviti kokurikulum?
Bagi membolehkan murid mempunyai peluang untuk memperolehi markah kokurikulum,
pihak sekolah hendaklah mengambil inisiatif menganjurkan pelbagai aktiviti dan
mewujudkan pelbagai jawatan untuk membuka ruang penyertaan mereka di peringkat
sekolah mahupun di peringkat yang lebih tinggi.
3. 16. Pelajar yang aktif sukan tidak mempunyai masa untuk menghadiri latihan bersama
dengan ahli pasukan yang lain kerana sering terlibat dengan sukan yang disertainya.
Kehadiran murid menyertai latihan di luar sekolah dalam bidang yang sama adalah juga
diperakui kehadirannya.
17. Guru menurunkan kuasa kepada pelajar (Pengerusi/Setiausaha) untuk menandatangan
kehadiran pelajar dalam perjumpaan.
Guru hendaklah mengesah sendiri kehadiran murid dalam kegiatan kokurikulum.
18. Surat tidak hadir oleh penjaga menyatakan anak mereka tidak dapat menyertai aktiviti
kokurikulum di sekolah. Adakah ini diterima sebagai pengecualian?
Sebarang dokumen pengesahan ibu bapa atau penjaga murid boleh diterima sebagai
rujukan pengecualian.
19. Pengecualian bagi pelajar yang menyertai kelas agama pada sebelah petang
Penyertaan dalam kegiatan kokurikulum adalah wajib. Penyelarasan perlu dilakukan
bagi mengelak berlaku halangan penyertaan murid dalam kegiatan kokurikulum.
20. Bagaimana cara penilaian pada pelajar yang tidak mahu melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti
kokurikulum?
Murid yang tidak menyertai kegiatan kokurikulum akan kehilangan markah
kokurikulumnya.
