This document discusses creating an online community called "Knowledging Tags" to help people solve problems by connecting them with friends and experts in relevant domains. The community would allow users to post problems, tag them with relevant domains, and invite friends and other users with those expertise tags to collaborate on solutions privately. Revenue could come from free users who share solutions publicly or paid users who keep solutions private within the group. The goal is to provide a calming, time-saving way for users to get help from their network without disrupting people in their personal or work lives.

• People everyday have problems
• Problems are often in different fields
• There are work questions without answers
• There are real life questions without answers
• Question need solutions to go on
• Very often, we are alone

• Problems are time consuming
• Some problem seam doesn’t have solution
• Looking for tricks that solve the problem not always
is so easy
• Hacking the problem is for domain expert people

4. What can we do?
• We can ask our friend to help us
• We can call our friends:
- in working time, not so good
- in evening time, not so good
• We can create a group of domain expert friends
- choose friends for the group, will be a time consuming task
- introduce because we are creating this task force, not so easy
- manage the group, not so easy
- manage answers, will be also a time consuming task

6. Starting the community…
• User signup!
• Set all own knowdledging tags
• Invite all friends from networks:
Google, Facebook, Linkedin, …
• Start to be calm!!!

7. How does it work?
• A user got a problem
• On mobile/web he ask friend help
• He insert all problem domain tags
• He explain the problem:
with text, with photo, with voice, with video
• The community will start a problem thread:
with all the problem details
and invite all friends with domain expertise
• start a private serie of questions and answers
until they got the solution, a group private solution

8. Community revenue model
• Free users

they share the knowledge with the community
solution become property of the knowledging tags
• Pay users
