Pneumatic automatic bike braking system

AIM:
The aim is to design and develop a control system based an intelligent electronically
controlled automotive braking system is called “INTELLIGENT BRAKING SYSTEM
depends on obstacle sensing.
About project: The technology of pneumatics has gained tremendous importance in the field
of workplace rationalization and automation from old-fashioned timber works and coal mines
to modern machine shops and space robots. It is therefore important that technicians and
engineers should have a good knowledge of pneumatic system, air operated valves and
accessories.
Description:
Autonomous driving is the main development direction of the automobile in the
present and the future. Intelligence braking is the key assembly to realize autonomous
driving. The pneumatic brake system is the principle part of commercial vehicle to brake. In
order to meet the requirements of autonomous driving, this paper proposed the concept of
intelligent braking and pneumatic automatic braking, and then a kind of pneumatic automatic
braking circuit is designed.
The pressure change rate is used as a new index to evaluate automatic braking and
control. This study provides a new theoretical basis for design and application of the
pneumatic braking system.

SYNOPSIS
The air is compressed in an air compressor and from the compressor plant the flow
medium is transmitted to the pneumatic cylinder through a well laid pipe line system. To
maintain optimum efficiency of pneumatic system, it is of vital importance that pressure drop
between generation and consumption of compressed air is kept very low.
Abstract: Intelligent Reverse Braking System and its aim is to design and develop a control
system based on intelligent electronically controlled automotive braking system is called
“intelligent reverse braking system”. Braking is nothing but bringing a moving vehicle or
moving body to a stop and in automotive industry safety
The intelligent braking system is the next step to automation and in this system
Vehicle brakes automatically when obstacle is near. In this system Sensor operated
pneumatic brake consists of IR transmitter and Receiver circuit, Control Unit, Pneumatic
breaking system. The IR sensor is used to detect the obstacle. The report contains the block
diagram, circuit diagram of intelligent reverse braking system along with layout.
