Ejido Verde is a regenerative project that empowers indigenous communities in Mexico to own and profit from sustainably managing pine forests. The forests improve the local environment and economy over decades. The document seeks an investor who will provide funds now in exchange for a share of revenue starting in 10 years, accepting a return of 1.5-2x their investment.
