FOR THE PEOPLE
♦ Stephen Kinsey is a lifelong Northwest Philadelphia resident who graduated from
Germantown High school, received his Bachelor’s degree from West Chester
University and earned his MBA at Eastern University.
♦ Stephen has over 25 years of experience managing and directing programs aimed
at improving the quality of life for people. He managed programs for individuals
with special needs, assisting them to lead productive and meaningful lives and devel-
oped job training programs for individuals who were unemployed.
♦ For the past four years, he has served as Chief of Staff to State Representative John
Myers, where he has been a leader in numerous community improvements such as the
Shoppes of LaSalle to the re-construction of Germantown Avenue and is well known
for working with community organizations to improve communities.
♦ Stephen is committed to improving the quality of education for our children. He
is a past President of the Germantown High School Alumni Association, member
of the School Advisory Committees and has personally invested in our children’s
future by establishing an annual award for Lingelbach school students.
♦ Stephen is running for State Representative because he believes that he can use
this office to improve our community by helping people find jobs, by working with
neighbors to improve our schools, and by empowering us to keep our neighborhoods
safe and clean.
