15. Who can use the SDK Beta ? Anyone can use this SDK Beta for their personal programming interests. The Microsoft Kinect for Windows SDK Beta from Microsoft Research is created specifically for computer scientists, scientific researchers in academia, and technical enthusiasts who are interested in creatively exploring NUI possibilities with the Kinect sensor and related technologies.

The SDK Beta is licensed under the terms of the license agreement for Microsoft Kinect for Windows SDK Beta from Microsoft Research. The SDK Beta is licensed for non-commercial use only. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SDK Beta, you agree to be bound by the terms of its license. In all cases, the SDK Beta must be installed only on the developers, researchers, hobbyists, or students computer.

If someone would like to run your application on another PC, he must download and install the SDK Beta on that PC.
