Many years of continuous employment in the Electronics Industry working with Mainframe and
Personal Computers along with Medical and Commercial Lasers. Held positions of responsibility ranging
from Technical Associate to Repair Technician and advancing up to Quality Engineer by demonstrating
my skill, knowledge and initiative. Worked in Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Compatibility
Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Purchasing Departments. Setup exact copy of Surface mount
technology lab in Bangalore, India. Currently manage major labs with approximately 35 thousand sq ft
of space along with support of the infrastructure for the Intel Platform Validation engineering
organization.

Rework Specialist Project/Program Manager-Responsible for interacting with vendors, peers and internal
customers developing an in-depth understanding of the vendors' business needs. Understand the business
process requirements to recommend appropriate modification, restructuring, testing, and implementation.
Worked with planners to determine schedules, for expedite and coordinate materials movement while resolving
issues. Also, I needed to work with customers to ensure that specifications adhered to and the project
deliverables are aligned with the business requirements. I developed and used strong analytical and problem
solving skills. Managed the SAS solder room. This included setting up, assembly/disassembly and debugging

created new Bills of Materials and Part Numbers for Approved Vendor List. Qualified new components and
products, investigated & root caused problems and ensured incoming Quality Control. Managed Suppliers. In
addition, I coordinated purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to acquire
materials, components, equipment, and services in a cost effective and timely manner. Supported commodity
deliverables to assure cost, quality, availability and time to market objectives were met. Acquired and
