Kathmandu Valley, the largest metropolitan & capital city of Nepal situated at an altitude of
1350 meters above sea level, surrounded by the hills in all sides has an area of some 636 square
kilometers (almost similar size with Singapore). The city’s rich history as nearly 2000 years old
inferred from the inscription in the valley and seven UNESCO world heritage sites within the
small area shows the cultural, religious importance of the valley and people living. Beautifully
crafted and made temples, stupas, shrines in the lap of the mighty Himalayas is really beautiful to
enjoy and experience.
Enjoy the beautiful Himalayas from the Nagarkot (nearest hill station from Kathmandu at an
altitude of some 2170m. from the sea level). Pokhara is another tranquil and beautiful lake city of
Nepal in the west in the lap of the mighty Himalayas.

Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu – Hotel

2. Arrival at Kathmandu international Airport, with the majestic Himalayan view during the clear
day. After the Visa and immigration formalities meet our representative in the Arrivals area
(only one gate since the airport is small) and transfer to the Hotel of your choice. Evening tour of
Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Kathmandu Durbar Square, was one of the Royal Palace Site in the Kathmandu valley from14th
Century till 20th Century. There are around 50 temples dedicated to Hindu God and Goddesses
built by the then Kings of the Vally who came from South India in 9th Century. Kumari
Goddess, Virgin girl recognized as Goddess in the valley by both Hindus and Buddhists live in
this square premises and the prime attraction of the tour. You must be lucky enough to see her in
her palace window. Overnight stay in the Hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu – Drive – Pokhara – Breakfast
Early morning enjoy the Sunrise over the beautiful mountain ranges. After breakfast drive to
Pokhara, the city of the lakes. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel followed by boating on the
scenic Phewa Lake.
Pokhara, an enchanting city nestled in the lap of Annapurnas in tranquil vicinity. The atmosphere
on the shore of Phewa Lake is one of exciting. Pokhara is a place of remarkable natural beauty.
The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificence of the fishtailed summit of Machhapuchhare
(6,977 m) rising behind it create an ambience of peace and magic. Overnight Stay in the Hotel.
Day 3: Pokhara Tour - Breakfast
After breakfast, visit various parts of the Lakeside, and enjoy one of the most beautiful
panoramas in the world made-up by the Annapurna Himal, the majestic Machhapuchhare and
other surrounding snow-capped peaks. Afternoon, visit the Davis Fall, followed by Tibetan
Refugee Camp and nearby religious and cultural sites. Overnight stay in the Hotel.
Day 4: Pokhara – Drive - Kathmandu - Nagarkot - Breakfast
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu which takes some 6/7 good hours. Arrive Kathmandu
continue the drive to Nagarkot which takes an hour and 32Km east of Kathmandu.
Nagarkot, situated at an elevation of 2170m from the sea level and 32 kilometers east of
Kathmandu, is renowned for its spectacular sunrise view over the mighty Himalayas when the
weather is clear. It also offers an excellent view of the Indrawati river valley to the east.
Overnight stay in the Hotel.
Day 5: Nagarkot - Kathmandu City Tour - Shopping
(Drive back from Nagarkot and Tour of Boudhanath, Pashupatinath and Patan Durbar Square)
Bouddhanath, 36-meter-high Stupa is one of the largest stupas in South Asia. The Mandala
design in Bouddhanath is a copy of the one in Gyangtse in Tibet. The Stupa is located in the area
of ancient trade route to Tibet where Tibetan merchants rested and offered prayers for many
centuries. The Stupa is said to entomb the remains of a Kasyap sage venerable both to Buddhists
and Hindus.

3. Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for Shiva devotees.
Although the Pashupatinath Temple was only built in the fifth century and later renovated, this
holy site is said to have existed from the beginning of the millennium. A gold-plated roof, four
silver doors, and wood carvings of the finest quality decorate the pagoda temple of
Pashupatinath. Capable of destroying instantly every evil force either with his trident or the third
eye, when it comes to his devotees, the Lord Pashupatinath destroys their ignorance. Be it an
issue of material gain or release from the cycle of mortal existence he is the height of
compassion, generosity, as well as consciousness.
Shopping : Nepal offers varieties of quality handicrafts such as Woodcraft - the specialty of the
Newar artisans of the Kathmandu Valley, Metal craft for the statues of high quality with different
