Hosted by DeWayne Adams with Music Mix Entertainment Company THREE SEPARATE AGE DIVISIONS Children 12 and under (Grand Prize: $50) Teens 13 to 18 (Grand Prize: $100) Adults 19 and over (Grand Prize: $1,000) Age is determined by date of Sunday, May 31. Registration Information All registration from 5:30pm – 6:30pm at the side of the stage. Children/Teen Awards announced at 8:00pm (approximately). Adult awards announced at 10:00pm on Thursdays/Sundays – and 11:00pm on Fridays/Saturdays (approximately). If you are bringing your own CD please arrive by 5:30pm to turn in and get music approved (song must be in karaoke songbook per rules.) Registration ends when maximum number is reached for that division for that day’s contest. Karaoke Extra Awards: Presented on Sunday Finals Night in Each Division Karaoke Spirit Award: The contestant who exhibits a true love of music and Karaoke Best Attire Award: The contestant who has the most appropriate outfit for his/her song. Heart and Soul Award: The contestant who recognizes his/her competitors talents and cheers them on! Adult Division Grand Prize! Judging Information ENTERTAINMENT VALUE is HALF of your score. So… we suggest you pick a song that you can really show off your ability to entertain a crowd because this is HALF of your score! $5 fee to enter qualifying rounds. You must be a singer of amateur status, one in which singing is not your primary source of income.
