1. Garlic Rub for Meat or Ve!ies
-8 Garlic Cloves, minced
-1T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-2t. Stone Ground Mustard
-1 1/2t. Kosher Salt
-1/2t. Freshly Ground Pepper
-1/2t. Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
-Combine everything in a small bowl.
Using your hands spread the rub evenly
onto 1 1/2Ibs of your chosen protein or
veggies just before grilling.

3/4c. Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
(Chobani, Fage, Okios, etc.)
-1/4c. Strawberries, sliced

-Dollop of Fat-Free Cool Whip
-Line a tall glass with 2T or so yogurt,
