2017 Sponsors Packages (special for cars)
we will organize a gymkhana (no speed) which will include 5 to 6 competitions for young
academics from 18 to 25 years, in addition to the competitions reserved for the media.
These competitions will take place on the 23rd and 24th of September 2017 on a car park
in downtown or the Waterfront.
On top of the silver package, below are the main logistic details related to your package:
• You will be exclusive
• You can exhibit 4 cars of different brands, this option will be reserved for one dealer
only
• You can have 2 to 3 cars and offer drive tests for your and all sponsors guests
• if you wish we will help you in the logistics with your marketing office, -
• You can distribute brochures and flyers and even have your own hostesses
• We are planning a 500-seat tribune with a shelter for guests of sponsors and 200
uncovered seats for the public
• You can make a car parade on the circuit between the competitions
• We will need 4 cars for the participants in the competition
• We can fix sponsor stickers on the cars
• If you have any other suggestions, we are willing to discuss them with your marketing
team; do not hesitate to let us know.
• The final value of the package will be assessed later depending on what you decide.
