This was from a presentation I made a few years ago to Washington Youth Soccer. I wanted to show the interrelation of the mental game and everything that goes on during play. My son was a physics major at Montana State University (just graduated (2011) so job offers accepted here). It was a good presentation. People were surprised how I could relate chaos theory to the mental game.

It is a cooperation project with the following partners: Telenor ASA, DNB BANK ASA, Norway Post, SINTEF, Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), The Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), Bekk Management Consulting, The Norwegian Centre for Design and Architecture (DOGA) and Copenhagen Business School.

The ambition of Customer Care 2015 is how to deliver excellent service experience to customers in the future. The transformation to digital touchpoints has been hampered by the silo-organisation. Corporate culture, incentive- and KPI-systems are Barriers for delivering the experience that customers expect.
To oblige this ambition, we present the Transformation Toolkit - that will contribute to successful transformations in the future.

MX: Managing Experience | Day 2 - Designing Delivery: A Unified Approach to D...Adaptive Path
The digital service economy demands the ability to create coherent user experiences while achieving end-to-end agility and efficiency. The ability to deliver them together requires seamless system, process, and organizational design. Companies need a unified approach to design and operations that centers the entire organization around helping customers achieve their goals.
This workshop teaches participants how to connect user-centered design to the entire service delivery lifecycle. It introduces a holistic approach that interconnects marketing, design, development, and operations into a circular design/operations loop. Through talks, discussions, and guided exercises, participants learn how to improve both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness by:
-designing for service, not just software
-minimizing latency and maximizing feedback throughout the organization
-designing for failure and operating to learn
-using operations as input to design
As a vendor, we may have some flaws in our process with our customers. This presentation is focusing on how we should improve our interactions with customers based on Agile principles.

6. My Value Statement:
"I am an established Sales Engineer consistently providing clients optimized system efficiencies, lower operating costs, and
technical expertise through custom prescriptions tailored to their specific applications."
Throughout my career as an independent sales engineer, my number one goal is to be a valued resource for my clients. My
focus is on clients not orders with an emphasis to build relationships with each one of them and bring value to those
relationships. I believe in standing behind the products I provide at all costs and servicing my clients during each stage the
project.
As a broker of engineered products, I work closely with manufacturers in an effort to build market share for their product
offerings. With a diverse yet concise product offering, I am able to service clients stretching across varying industries and
markets. Heat transfer and heat recovery applications have organically grown into a primary focus of mine. The combination
of innovative products, broad capabilities, and environmental awareness allowed me to participate in a variety of projects
which expanded my understanding and technical ability. I am able to provide my clients with resources that not only minimize
operational and financial impacts but reduce their respective impact on the environment.
If there is anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am always interested in connecting with people to
share experiences, assist with projects, and build my professional network. In the mean time, please check out my profile to
learn more about me and what I do. You can view presentations, download literature, and review projects and applications
that I have currently worked on. I'm always trying to update my page so check back often. You can "like" me on my 10uta
