How SED Works

Anton enables scientists to perform MD simulations of bimolecular
systems nearly two orders of magnitude faster than the previous
state of the art. This table shows benchmark information for a
number of systems of various sizes. Performance was measured on a
512-node Anton machine like the one hosted by the PSC. Note that
Anton is a single user system, i.e., simulations on Anton use all 512
nodes.
