    getting enough sleep

Jet lag:        Jet lag is also
   known as time zone change
syndrome or desynchronizes. Jet
lag can occur when people travel
   rapidly from east to west, or
west to east on a jet plane. It is a
  physiological condition which
    upsets our body's circadian
              rhythms.
Practice sports
                    Trying to eat at the    before going to
                     same time that in           sleep
                    the country that you
                    are going to move
     Go party



  Taking
                           JET LAG                            Go to the moon
                                                              and come back
stimulants

•   Yoga/Pilates                  practicing some

•   Go for a walk                 and sleep better
•   Go to the gym
•   Go to a spa for being relax
•   Go swimming
Go partying
• Call some friends when you arrive and go
  party for keeping awake
• Get drunk before your flight for sleeping over
  the trip
• Do a special party for show the pictures of
  your trip to your family/friends so you keep
  awake.
• Not going to sleep before 11pm
Go to the moon and come
          back?
• Create something that make you feel that is at night
• Something that make you feel that your are sleeping, even
  if you are awake
• Curtains where you can´t see any light
• Curtains with the moon and some stars draw on it
• Shinny stars depending on the outside light
• Intelligent curtains that you can program
• You can program how many hours those curtains are
  motionless
• Curtains with music
• You can choose your favorite music
• How many hours the music is playing
Try to fit your meals to
          the country
• Eat light
• Drink a lot of water
• Start to adapt your meal time to the country that you
  are going to visit.
• No sleeping pills
    Take some stimulants for
     keep awake
•   Drink tee
•   Drink coffee
•   Drink red bull
•   No drugs
Feel comfortable during
       the flight
•   Use Ear plugs
•   Pillow
•   Take out the shoes
•   Blind folds
•   Sun glasses
•   Comfortable clothing
•   Wash your face
•   Push your seat back
•   Take a shower If is a long trip with scale
•   Sleep during the trip
•   Neck rest
Go on vacation
• Take 2 days off for resting
• Watch some movies that make you feel like in
  a vacation
• Watch some interesting documentaries that
  keep you awake
• Documentaries about beaches and beautiful
  landscapes that help you to dream and forgot
  your problems
Go swimming to your
           country?
•   Travel by boat instead by plane if is possible
•   You can practice sports there
•   Relax
•   Walk
•   It is like be on vacation at the same time that
    you are travelling
Create a jet lag app
• Step1: Advice before traveling

- How to prepare your trip
- Food that you have to eat
- List of drinks that you should drink as water and what not to drink as any alcoholic drinks
- List of stuff that you can´t forger for your trip as:
     -Ear plugs
      -Pillow
     - Socks
   -Blind folds
   -Neck rest
-Information of the country as where could you eat at any hour.
-How is going to be the weather
-How to find your hotel/hostel
      -Basic conversation as how to say hi, thanks, good bye…
      -If there is any important information that you need to know

     The idea is helping you to prepare the trip so you can be more relax
     and more comfortable during the trip.

• Step 2: Advice during the trip
-Alarm system that let you know at what time you have to eat
-Alarm that help you to remember that you have to drink water
-List of exercises that you have to do while you are in the plane as:
      *Shoulders shrugs
      *Knee raises
      *Upper back stretch
      *Ankle swirl
- List of advice during the trip as don´t drink any alcohol and why, so you can remember for next
      time.
- List of music that helps you to sleep
- List of music that helps you to keep awake
• Step 3: Advice after traveling
-   Once you are in the other country:
    *List of restaurants where you could eat 24 hours
    *Messages with news for if something wrong or is going to happen as
    earthquakes, national conflicts, wars...
    *List of places where you could practice sports (parks where you could run) or list
    of the gyms that you could use one day


• Step 4: How to prepare the way back home:
-Alarms with the meal time for preparing the way back
-Alarms for drinking water
-List of the most important news of your country so when you are back you don´t feel
    lost.
