13. CONCLUSION
• The financial structure of company is not according to its
profile and its marketability hence company is suffering losses.
• The negative DER indicates the company has negative
shareholder funds (on account of losses in earlier years) as a
result of which it will face difficulties in meeting its debt
obligation.
