3. ALOHOL OR DRUGS CAUSES ACCIDIENTS (BEER).
At my place of work the one accidents happen with the my work
mates.
One last day of work that was the last night shift ,one of the employee
did not came to work. We had day off and the next day we went to
work and at that time all employee present and the staff that absent
from work also came to work.
The supervisor call the absent staff to see him in the office after seeing
him. He told us that he was suspended and send home. Next day we saw
him come to work , without giving any notice he came up and punch
the supervisor because he was in drunkard sense. The supervisor call

addicts are not following the set and
recommended rules and policies of the
company. Neglect ion and abusing the rules.
 Security check regularly and test them with
the alcohoalizer
Any employee abide the company's polices will
be dealt accorderly and termination offense
meaning all three warning must be given and
four is termination.
