While learning institutes had to overcome many hurtles in mist of a pandemic, smaller
institutions were able to initiate a transition to the virtual learning world. Incorporating new tolls
of technology to keep engagement up while meeting the needs of each learner. Research and
preparation that is needed for the transition must present clear data to be shared, allowing for
adjustments.
Organizational Change
Implementation of new virtual learning classroom, live broadcasting and new platforms
such as zoom, outlook, excel and PowerPoint will be used to communicate data reports,
recordings accessible for reference and study. Working together to engage guardians to be more
active in the learning of students. The pandemic has forced this into light, the best solution
without harming the education learning process.
Effects of Change
There will be barriers to overcome with communication, with email and telephonic.
Instead of receiving quarterly reports on progress daily emails reminders and weekly awareness
of assignments, grading and expectations. Virtual classrooms should run as smooth as in person,
open lines of communication and clear understanding of how to submit assignments and ask
questions. “Part of creating a sense of urgency around a big opportunity is to identify an
“urgency team” to keep the big opportunity in the fore front of the minds of employees in the
organization” (Kaufman, Mitra, Anderson, Coartney, Cash, 2020).

are still completed. Offering leadership to connect with new software utilization complete with
live broadcast and classroom teaching. Allowing for modification as needed:
Conclusion
Performing frequent classroom observations, self-evaluations, analysis of the curriculum,
and students' evaluations, we can visualize what works and what doesn't. Collecting this data
will facilitate improvement in the classroom. Getting students' and parents' feedback on the new
program will help shape their learning experience and mold the teachers into better facilitators.
Communicating frequently is the key to success with communicating in the change process.
