Jenna is enrolled in an alternative school after recovering from an illness that requires her to eat pills instead of food. She is trying to fit in and make friends at her new school while also watching tapes of her early life to learn about who she is, as she doesn't remember anything, including who her friends or herself are. Her grandma lives with her family to help out while Jenna recovers.

1. Jenna's mother finally lets her go to school so she is put in an alternative school. She can not eat regular food since she is recovering so she can only eat pills. She just wants to fit in and make friends at her new school. She watches tapes daily of her early life trying to figure out who she really is. She's very confused because she doesn’t remember anything not even who her friends are more important she doesn’t remember who she is. She is constantly looking up words in the dictionary because she doesn’t know what any of them mean. Her parents have a lot of money!!
