We worked throughout the whole life cycle of the project, from impletion to completion.
The facilities comprise an international

Budget: 13,000,000 €
The stadium was conceived for a phased construction. It has a standard capacity of 25,000
expandable to 35,000. Its first phase was concluded for a capacity of 7,500.
It is designed to accommodate all kind of
athletic competitions, football, rugby,
concerts, cultural exhibitions, etc.
The facilities comprise a nine lane track,
athletics field events area, and a football
pitch. It also has a four lane heating track
and a jump pit in the first level.
It is built in precast concrete. The
foundations are made of 40 m piles.

The facilities contain three swimming pools: olympic, diving, and 25m. It has a permanent

The multipurpose court measures 55m x 40m. It has a sport rack surface, and can

It also has a weight room, changing room, coffee room and reception.

It also has a comfortable seating, spacious bar area, ample stage and lighting that can
accommodate up to 200 people, making this a versatile venue for any event.
