2. Kuchipudi is a Classical Indian dance from Andhra Pradesh,
India. It is also popular all over India and in many countries
across the world. Kuchipudi is the name of a village in the
Movva Mandal of Krishna district. For centuries, this Kuchipudi
art form has been propagated by Kuchipudi Bhagavatulu
through Guru Sishya Paramapara.
3. Siddhendra Yogi (14th – 15th century) is hailed as the father
of Kuchipudi dance style. He is the creator of Bhama Kalapam
and the architect of Kuchipudi dance. The arrival of sage
Siddhendra with his script of Bhamakalapam changed the
scene of Kuchipudi art. Male artistes practiced them and
began touring places with this and other dramas.
4. The artistes and scholars living in Kuchipudi village continue
the age-old tradition of teaching and training Kuchipudi
dance and pass the knowledge of this art form to present
and future generations.

7. To start with, to improve the standard of living of
thousands of people, SiliconAndhra taken up the roads
improvement project. As of now, majority of roads in
Kuchipudi are in a very bad shape and it becomes
miserable to walk when it rains.
