I am writing to recognize the services you provided to everis USA Inc. during your tenure as the leader of
our Human Resources department. We were new to the US and were in the midst of growing and in need
of an executive level leader for our company when you joined us. Upon your arrival you immediately began
to foster strong relationships with the executive team and our staff in the US to instill credibility and a vision
for the HR function. Our executive team began to benefit from your expertise in all areas of HR, as well as
operations, within your first quarter as a part of our team. You consistently displayed commitment,
dedication and leadership qualities that allowed us to include you as an integral member of the leadership
team.
During your first quarter you produced evidence of your ability to be a functional, tactical and strategic
leader. Your efforts in building the HR function contributed to the bottom line through audits, staffing
changes and branding. You immediately reached out to each location to engage the leadership and staff in
a relationship that fostered a bond between the corporate office and the divisions. You were a true change
agent from the start and were able to get others to champion the vision and strategic goals we set for the
company. Additionally, your ability to build relationships with the department and staff members of everis
global proved to be of benefit to the growth and stability of everis USA HR. You were soon received by
everis global leaders as someone to contribute to the global picture of HR and a contributor for process
change and improvements across the board.
Your adept thinking and innovative spirit was a catalyst for the design and implementation of many projects
and procedure that better refined our organizational structure. Moreover, your expertise in labor and
employee relations, talent acquisition/management, benefits/compensation, employee development and
training moved our company in the right direction and on course to achieve a stronger foothold in the US.
In particular, your handling of EEO cases and other employee relation issues was of the highest level of
professionalism and integrity. You expertly worked with outside counsel and government agencies to
ensure everis USA was above board in our dealings with our staff. This brought credibility to our company
and confidence to our workforce that we deal honestly in all areas of HR and management of our human
capital.
We commended your performance within the first three quarters of your tenure with a two grade promotion
that was very much warranted. As a Sr. Partner/C.O.O. I valued your insight, advising, coaching and
expertise as our HR leader. Your collaborative spirit and desire to excel allowed for me to coach, mentor
and groom you for greater responsibility in our organization. The obstacles and challenges of a fast paced
foreign company new to the US didn't thwart your ability to perform at the highest level. You took on each
challenge with a positive can-do attitude that was infectious. I came to highly respect you and trust your
vision for our organization. I thank you for your service, commitment and dedication to the organization and
I am sure you will be a great asset to any organization. I would gladly serve as a witness to your leadership
