In continuation……
Like 2012, this year so far, too, has been very happening, busy and
exhilarating. We were constantly challenged by multiple things happening at the
same time and we tried hard to meet the expectations of people around us.
We’re feeling happy to have been successful with stabilizing some of the newly off-
shored processes, feeling accomplished of some process improvements and feeling
excited to get engaged with new people to work on some more offshoring oppor-
tunities.
I realize that it’s our dear team members who put in their hard work to make all
these happen and hence taking care of their career aspirations, their welfare etc…
are always my priorities. In this line, we were able to put in place a few measures
(detail below) and are working on some more.
My team and I are thankful for the tremendous confidence entrusted in us and we
remain excited about all the possible value additions we’re able to do to all business
divisions.
Employee career path was formally kicked off
R & R was structured and formally launched
Monthly all employees meetings initiated
Monthly birthday celebrations within the team started
First FSS employee outing organized

I joined Harsco on 2nd March 2012 and it is more than a year now. My journey so far has been exiting. The expo-
sure and opportunities FSSC provides in terms of new transitions across the globe is commendable.
As our FSSC is growing faster, there have been several initiatives driven by our leadership like monthly meetings,
birthday celebrations, quarterly outings, rewards and recognitions etc...these continue to boost up employee
morale. Additionally, HR has initiated the mid-year appraisal and on-line leave application, which is an excellent
tool and saves time.
For me the best moment so far was my travel to UAE for FA transition. I would like to see more employee engage-
ment programs to be initiated in our organization. I enjoy my work every moment and happy to be part of the FSSC family. Thanks to
my FSSC family for being so supportive!! I am proud to be associated with Harsco GIP

It’s been 2 years with HARSCO family, it’s an enriching experience being part of FSSC, I feel good to be part of this
tender wing called FSSC getting stronger each day to make GIP, fly up and high. I wish all the success to GIP.
Atheeth Mantame-Process Specialist
Harsco Corporation is the first company in my professional career. I have joined this company as a fresher to
work in the accounts payable team for Infrastructure German process.
Joining Harsco is like a dream come true, for me. I have always dreamt of working in a MNC like Harsco.
Harsco is a platform of opportunities, place of learnings and to develop intellectually and technically. The col-
leagues here are very friendly and co-operative. Despite being from technical background, I am able to perform
well in my job (related to Finance), because of the cooperation of the team.
I am obliged to Harsco for providing me with such a wonderful opportunity to visit Germany for onsite training
which was a very good experience. I am proud to be a member of Harsco Family.
Vindhya Kammara-Process Associate-I
I joined Harsco GIP in Jan 2011 as senior process associate supporting Harsco Rail Accounts Payable. Have com-
pleted 2 ½ successful years. My most memorable moment in Harsco was when I was recognized with “Voice of
Customer” award for my performance, by Barry Malamud & Jeff Ellis.
The best things I like about Harsco is the insurance facility covering the employees and their family members as it
secures the life and provides peace of mind to the employees. Other things I liked are, team outing, employee
birthday celebrations and monthly all employees’ meetings.
I thank the management for giving me this wonderful opportunity to share my thoughts and wish all the members
of Harsco FSSC and GIP, great success in the coming years.

My journey with Harsco has been more than one and a half years now. The journey which is full of constant learning
and I am enjoying my work.
The freedom of choosing work, huge scope of conceptual learning, transparency and interactive hierarchy is what I
love about this company. Work pressure here has never been tiring for me and I feel lucky to be a part of such a
fantastic and supportive team.
Harsco Global Innovation Park by now is like my second home and my colleagues are a part of my family, so look-
ing forward to a bright future and a great career with Harsco.
