Rank Qualifications
All stock options will be issued on the first day of every month and priced at the current market
value at the close of business on the last day of the month. All stock options will have a 3 year
expiration time. So if you earn the options in December 2010, you will have until December 2013
to exercise them. You can exercise them anytime until the expiration date. All stock options will
be cumulative as your rank continues to grow. This program will run until 1,000,000 total stock
options are issued. Only Team Members enrolled at the Executive Level and on $80 monthly auto-
ship are qualified to earn stock options.
