类变量以及静态初始化块是在类被加载进 JVM 时执行初始化操作的 Java 语言规范 8.5
节指出 “静态初始化块和类变量是按照其在代码中出现的顺序依次执行初始化操作的 而不
能在类变量声明出现之前就引用它” 换句话说 这些语句被处理的顺序就是它们在代码中出
现的顺序 一般来说 编译器会捕捉到任何的提前引用 看看下面的代码
