Sept 2013 – March 2014:
Janelle primarily joined our team to assist with our Transformation Project and to
support the objective of becoming a “World Class Finance”. There were key tasks
identified for Janelle to focus on, however, she not only ran with these tasks and was
totally self-sufficient in networking and obtaining information, but she also added to
her work remit with extremely valuable inputs. She has fantastic communication and
influencing skills and is capable of getting people on side with minimal effort. She
sells the idea with her clear, concise and open share of information, all boiling down
to having an in-depth understanding of what she is communicating. Janelle is an
individual who takes great pride in her work and it is of the utmost importance to her
that she not only delivers well but also beats the expectation!
I envy any employer who has Janelle within their team; she is an all-round, high value
asset.
