Responsible for financial reports, budgeting, banking, accounts payable and accounts
receivable and all employee issues. Implement, coordinate and manage marketing programs
to grow the business.
Assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing the facts and circumstances
to develop timely and effective solutions.
Responsible for all computer functionality and maintenance including server, remotes,
phone system, emails, website, patient communication software, laptops, and trouble shooting
all office equipment.
Implemented transition from DentalMac Software to Windows based Dentrix software, then to
MacPractice software. Responsible for all aspects of our dental practice management system
and work to maximize its capabilities and potential of the entire dental team.
Proficient in MacPractice Practice Software, Dentrix Practice Software, Quicken Accounting Software
Responsible for all patient communication, including recalls, accounts receivable, accounts
payable, scheduling 2 doctors and 2 hygienists.
Responsible for smooth practice transition after Dr. Denisch sold his practice to Dr. T.L.
Llewellyn and continued to work as an independent contractor. Committed 2 years to oversee
the transition. Continue bookkeeping for Dr. Denisch present day.

Administrative Assistant to the Commanding Officer overseas (Okinawa, Japan). Awards
included: Sailor of the Quarter, Meritorious Unit Citation and Sharpshooter.
Lead Assistant to the only Prosthodontist on overseas base (Okinawa, Japan) which included
making study models and fabricating temporary crowns and all lab responsibilities and
communications for 2 years. Awards included: Sailor of the Quarter, Sailor of the Year, and
Good Conduct Medal.
