New Colony Media, Blog talk Radio, and many more. I was informed by Charles that you were
aware of the fact that he and I are back in contact and he does not consider me his enemy.
As you are also aware of the FACT that Ed Snook has made many open public statements about
his goal to destroy my life and find a way to have me put in prison. Snook's actions clearly
proves that his actions are deliberate and malicious. Mrs. Dyer when you post the link to
this article you are aiding Ed Snook and you are fully aware of the impact the effects this
has on me. If you are able to send the evidence that you claim you have , then send what
ever evidence that will prove that the following statements are factual. Opinions must be
stated as your opinion that have not been based by any facts or evidence, only your opinion.
I would also like to request the evidence where you claim I stole thousands of dollars from
Charles and then abandoned him in Texas. This along with the other crimes you accuse me of
doing is 100% false and shows malicious intentional acts of deceit on your part.
Under Oklahoma Law, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another character and
reputation. Your defamatory statements on the attached page clearly prove all parties
involved are spreading malicious threats and defamation which will only continue to create a
public hate, mistrust and ridicule of me. Accordingly, I demand that you (A) immediately
cease and desist your unlawful defamation of my name as well as my past involvement in
Charles situation.
Provide me with prompt written assurance that you will cease and desist from further
defamation of my character and reputation. If you do not comply with this cease and desist
demand within this time period, I am entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief
for your defamation. In the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that I
will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunction
relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney’s fees. Your liability and
exposure under such legal action could be considerable. Please sign and return the attached
Defamation Settlement Agreement within ten 10 days to recommend that you consult with an
attorney regarding this matter. If you or your attorney have any questions, please contact
me directly.
