The weekly meeting announcement for the Marina Key Club discusses three upcoming events: 1) The Surf City Marathon on February 5th where members will work water stations along the course. All members are needed to help and must arrive by 4:15 AM. $15 will be donated to the club for each member who attends. 2) The Division 4 West DCM/Conclave on January 28th where a new Lieutenant Governor will be elected. All members are encouraged to attend this historical event. 3) The upcoming District Convention which the announcement hints will be an exciting time for the club.

2. SURF CITY MARATHON! -What: Our BIGGEST annual event! We help marathoners stay hydrated by working the water stations placed around the course! -Who? YOU. We need ALL of you to help us out with this event! -Where/When: Sunday, Feb. 5 th. Arrive at the HB Sports Complex Parking Lot at 4:15 AM! DO NOT BE LATE! There is a 99.97% chance you will LEFT BEHIND if late! -Why? For every member that attends this event, $15 will be donated to our club in order to help fundraise for more service events and for the annual District Convention! (DCON) SIGN UP NOW! A sign up sheet will be provided at the front of the room after this meeting!

3. DCM/CONCLAVE! -What: CALLING ALL MEMBERS! It ’ s time to create a new chapter in Division 4 West! Witness the voting and the process of electing a new Lieutenant Governor! -Who? ALL OF YOU!
