You’ve got great service, great products and great people — but, in accordance with the season, it’s time to go a little further.

Private sellers also miss out on the agent's marketing resources and knowledge of laws and procedures. Overall, the document suggests that while selling yourself may seem attractive due to saving on commission, an agent provides valuable expertise that can lead to a higher sale price and less stress.

with reality, incorporating intertextual references to Western literature in his texts, and frequently employing
mythology to explore history. This paper focuses on Rushdie’s three novels: Midnight’s Children, Shame, and
Haroun and the Sea of Stories, analyzing his postmodern storytelling techniques that aim to explore human
vices and follies while offering socio-political criticism.

CYBER SECURITY ENHANCEMENT IN NIGERIA. A CASE STUDY OF SIX STATES IN THE NORT...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Security plays an important role in human life and endeavors. Securing information and
disseminating are critical challenges in the present day. This study aimed at identifying innovative technologies
that aid cybercrimes and can constitute threats to cybersecurity in North Central (Middle Belt) Nigeria covering
its six States and the FCT Abuja. A survey research design was adopted. The researchers employed the use of
Google form in administering the structured questionnaire. The instruments were faced validated by one expert
each from ICT and security. Cronbach Alpha reliability Coefficient was employed and achieved 0.83 level of
coefficient. The population of the study was 200, comprising 100 undergraduate students from computer science
and Computer/Robotics Education, 80 ICT instructors, technologists and lecturers in the University and
Technical Colleges in the Middle Belt Nigeria using innovative technologies for their daily jobs and 20 officers
of the crime agency such as: Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) andEconomic and Financial
Crimes Commission (EFCC). Three research purposes and questions as well as the hypothesis guided the study
on Five (5) point Likert scale. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation for the three
research questions while three hypotheses were tested using t-test at 0.05 level of significance. Major findings
revealed that serious steps are needed to better secure the cybers against cybercrimes. Motivation, types, threats
and strategies for the prevention of cybercrimes were identified. The study recommends that government,
organizations and individuals should place emphasis on moral development, regular training of its employees,
regular update of software, use strong password, back up data and information, produce strong cybersecurity
policy, install antivirus soft and security surveillance (CCTV) in offices in order to safeguard its employees and
properties from being hacked and vandalized.

2. Let’s look at some different situations and
discuss if these situations, statements and
graphics are permitted – or against the
Jamberry Policy and Procedures.
Some of them are going to be pretty
obvious – some not so obvious.
3.
4. “Jane, you would not believe how much
money I’m making selling Jamberry. I made
$2,100 last month. I can’t promise you’ll do the
same – but it’s just an amazing opportunity,
and I’d love to share it with you.”

No – not compliant!
Page 13: “You may not make income projections or
disclose your own compensation when presenting the
Jamberry Program.”
This is to make sure you are in compliance with state &
local laws – not just to avoid making promises you have no
way of keeping.
6. Offering to trade the purchase of a consultant kit or offering
to purchase $100 in product from someone else in
exchange for them joining your Jamberry team?
7. This is most definitely not compliant.
You may not offer any trade, gift, compensation, reward or
reimbursement for someone to become a Jamberry
Independent Consultant.
This is not just a Jamberry rule – this is a law.
8. “I know you get no support from your upline
– she hasn’t even talked to you in six
months. Mine is so great, and I’d love to
support you in your business. Why don’t you
switch to my team?”
9. “I know you get no support from your upline
– she hasn’t even talked to you in six
months. Mine is so great, and I’d love to
support you in your business. Why don’t you
switch to my team?”
No. This is called “Poaching” and can result in the
termination of your Consultant Agreement. If you speak
with another consultant who is unhappy with the support
they receive, encourage them to speak to Jamberry about
it. Jamberry will moderate between those two consultants.

or $350 and you win the
Mystery Hostess benefits,
you can apply your
Hostess rewards to save
$25 or $50 off the price

Yes! A Mystery Hostess can use the hostess rewards towards
a kit, and you can say that ahead of time.
It is not a gift from you or an incentive for her to join – it’s a
legitimate Hostess benefit.

13. “If you aren’t sure about your order, I have
some half sheets in stock. You can buy one
of those to get you started.”
“I do have a half sheet of the St. Patrick’s

“I do have a half sheet of the St. Patrick’s
Day wraps left – I can sell that to you.”
Not compliant. You may not sell half sheets.
You may give them away, but you may not sell them.
16. “Mother’s Day Bundle!
Purchase a sheet of wraps for
Mom, and receive a mini-
application kit for free!”
This is not compliant. There is a sheet of nail wraps in the gift bag
that is not in the purple envelope. You cannot sell Jamberry in
anything other than the original packaging. You *can* offer a gift
with purchase.
Also, note: you cannot, in any way, sell the Jamberry logo buffers,
cuticle pushers or files. Nor can you sell any other items along with
Jamberry. You must clearly advertise it as “gift with purchase.”
17.
18. Not Compliant.
You may not offer any price for Jamberry wraps other than
corporate pricing. Period. And you may not use the word
“Jamberry” in a graphic or show text with pictures of product.

Constant promotions and discounts devalues the brand

57. Compliant.
So – why is it okay to use this publicly with a modified
Jamberry logo?
Because this is a corporate produced image
provided by Jamberry for us to use. Check Flickr or
your workstation for more.
58.
59. This is sort of a trick question
If you designed and posted this publicly, you would be out of
compliance. But this is an image that was created by a consultant,
and submitted to compliance for approval. You may design your own
and have it approved by compliance.

65. “My friend works for a really small local
paper and said she’d do a story about me
and Jamberry Nails. Just gave her my
interview – so psyched!”
No, this would not be permitted. Any media interviews – no
matter how small or hyper-local the paper – has to go
through the Jamberry Corporate office.
66. “My friend runs a blog with tons of readers,
and she is going to do a post
recommending me and Jamberry.”
67. “My friend runs a blog with tons of readers,

Any exposure on a blog that has more than 5,000 followers
must go through the Jamberry Corporate office.

69. “I’m trying to increase my exposure, so I’m
running an ad with Google AdWords to
direct people to my website and Facebook
page.”
You may do this. However, you cannot use the word
“Jamberry” and you must clearly state “Independent
Consultant” in every description, every step of the way.
70. “I have a lot of stock of retired wraps, so I’m
going to sell some on eBay.”
71. “I have a lot of stock of retired wraps, so I’m
going to sell some on eBay.”
You may not sell any Jamberry products – wraps or business
supplies – on any auction or online website other than
Jamberry’s. You may also not sell through a print catalog of
your own or another business.
72. “Oh my gosh! I was just able to get a table
at our local Flea Market! What great
exposure every week!”
73. “Oh my gosh! I was just able to get a table
at our local Flea Market! What great
exposure every week!”
You may not sell Jamberry at anything that is a “regular” event
– including Flea Markets. There must not be any impression that
this is an ongoing retail situation. Vendor events and fairs are
acceptable because they are not permanent or regular
occurrences.
74. I know – it seems like a lot of rules.
But, remember – these rules are in place both for
the protection of Jamberry’s brand, to make sure
you are complying with the law, and to ensure that
other consultants cannot offer things that you
aren’t able to offer, thereby creating a level
playing field.
Comparatively, Jamberry is quite generous with
what they *DO* permit us to do in building our
business.
Think about the fact that all of the images I used,
except for one picture I took, were taken off of the
internet. Which means they are publicly non-
compliant. There are a lot of people that scour the
internet for non-compliant posts. They aren’t doing
anything wrong by doing that – they are just
protecting the brand that they represent. Don’t
put your Consultant Agreement in jeopardy by
giving them something to report to compliance.
