Because of this presentations are often emailed around and are rarely updated, which means they are often out of date. Presentations are changed by the sales team to suit a particular meeting as they rarely want to use all of the 150 original slides. That's fine if they want to remove or change the order of slides, or customise the first slide to include their own or customers name, but what if they remove regulatory information or worse still change the actual content of a slide about the results of a medical trial.
