ABOUT COMPANY PROFILE:-
This company is registered under the Maharashtra
society act on 2013 this industry is situated at village
GOPUJ ,taluka khatav satatra. The total capital
investment of this industry is 800 Crs. And annual
turnover is 300 Crs.
4. ABOUT A GREEN SUGAR INDUSTRIAL VISIT:-
To learn about the process how to made sugar .our
guiders are from that industry itself, very helpful during
the visit and give the knowledge about boiler which is
water tube boiler and its control panel. We were visit
power house of the green sugar and it is very useful to
understand to our student as per academic curriculum
activities.
We are study about the generation of power with steam
turbine and seen turbine generator coupling for power
generation and learn about generator generation
capacity of 14 mw and turbine is reaction type. And also
Learn about the control panel working and function and
indicating of symbols.
At end of the process learn the packaging machine and
test sweet sugar.
5. STEPS TO PRODUCE SUGAR FROM SUGAR CANE
The major unit operations are shownin figure these
are
1. Extraction of juice
2. Clarification
3. Evaporation
4. Crystallization
5. Centrifugation
6. ABOUT STEAM POWER PLANT:-
We visited the power plant and their we seen the
counstruction true power plant which was divided into
three main parts.
1)TURBINE
2)GEAR BOX
3) GENRATOR
WORKING:-
In thermal power staion fuel such as coal ,oil,gas is
burned in furnace to produce heat –chemical to heat
energy.this heat is used to change water into steam in
the boiler. This drives the genrater to produce electricity-
kinetic to electrical energy
It generates out 14 MW power in 8 hours. Very
first the needed amount of electricity is utilized by the
industry and the remaining electricity is distributed to
the government of Maharashtra .
7. All the students were glad to know this fact and all were
very much exited to listen something more about this
power generator and all the students were alloweded to
move into the cabin to show the full working of power
plant in computer.

9. CONCLUSION :-
We study about all the boiler and how power
plant works as well as how steam is produce with help of
water tube boiler , working of turbine too.
All the students have camly heard all the instructions and
Took up the necessary information about the industry
student enjoyed their industrial visit and they thankful to
