Only One World, Don’t Waste It
It’s my eco school tree that greets me at
school.
It’s my tree that
lives the second
life as a
decoration.
It’s my tree
that opens its
leaves long
before spring
has come.
The old one
that helps
with
dwelling
(the
activity of
counting
storks).
The tree that teaches us to be strong.
The trees that invite us to the forest.
The forest that is full of
surprises.
The forest that reanimates our instincts of
hunters.
My tree is also in my orchard.
It blooms every spring.
The tree that is growing now in Sandanski,
Bulgaria.
But sometimes I feel its pain.
 Showing its beauty in poems and
drawings.
We must help our forest.
 Planting new trees.
We must help our forests.
It’s always useful to acquire new knowledge
about trees.
