About Training.
• On the first day, introduction about various aspects in Industrial Training,
different MKCL and KLiC courses was provided and introduced.
• Username and passwords for MKCL Era Live App were given to all the interns.
• I’ve attended different sessions during the training like digital skills, study skills,
web page designing, Cyber security.
• After that, in a group which was named as Dream epic we’ve made two
presentations were made on topics such as Career in Computer Engineering
and Scratch programming for Std. 5th students.

7. TESTING OF PRODUCT ALONG WITH
THE QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE
Kolte Computers developed an Online Evaluation System Software of scholarship mock
test for 5th and 8th standard students. As an intern, I have already tested it before the
actual exam. The OES software was well designed and developed. For the OES test I have
done solar entries of students for generating their online username and passwords. OES
software contains 2 papers and the time duration for each paper is one and half hr. Each
paper contains 2 subjects. Because of this OES software were more confident about their
actual Scholarship Exam.

- Reduce high cost, effort and time taken to evaluate the answer sheets manually.
- Scan and encrypt copies of answer sheets for quick and secure sharing.
- On-screen evaluation of paper-based descriptive answer scripts.

- Evaluate answer scripts from a desktop, laptop or web –enabled device.
- Easy retrieval of answer scripts as per request from students or teachers.
- Keep track of each student’s result and rank.

9. OES EXAM OF 5TH AND 8TH STANDARD
STUDENTS :
I have also visited schools and college for some offline work like meeting with
principles and convincing them for giving permissions to students for giving OES (Online
Evaluation System) Scholarship Mock Test and also for attending the prize distribution
program. At the last day I attended prize distribution program organized on 12th August.

• The Prize Distribution program was organised on 12th August.
• It was a marketing strategy to get students and people attracted towards their classes.
• So we collected data from different schools and made their certificates.

Experience during training
• During six weeks of industrial training, I had learned new things that I had never touch before. I
completed my industrial training at “Kolte Computers Private Limited”. I’ve gained basic idea
about the real work environment experience.
• Teamwork is also very important thing for work completion. For the work distribution and
freelancing registration, we had group of 7 interns and we named it as Dream Epic. Because of
the work distribution, work had done in less time. As we are in the same group unknowingly,
we became close friends because of the conversation we had every day.
• In these six weeks of training, I have learnt how to complete given task in time, how to be
prepared for extra work and giving extra time for that, managing daily routines, importance of
in-time and out time in company, formal behaviors, new skills, etc. Because of that
conversation I had with principals, teachers and students, now I can talk without fear with
anyone. Because of this training I’ve gained more confidence and, in the future, all I
experienced in these six weeks will surely help me for giving my best performance.
