FBR Division IS3’s FBR Division’s mission is to provide clients with a holistic approach to the federal business research process and assist them with understanding the federal business procurement cycle. FBR Analyst work with the client (either internal or external) to assist them in understanding, defining and documenting their overarching business objects. The FBR Analyst applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations. FBR Analyst frequently present the findings and recommendations to the client in a clear, concise and easier to understand manner.
