Religious activity has nothing to do with true spirituality. Following a set of beliefs, observing certain holy days and customs, and adhering to a set of rules are not spiritual endeavours in and of themselves.
These and other factors can all contribute to a person's overall spirituality. However, conventional habits and group beliefs are no more spiritual than political ties or fandom for a college football team.
Spirituality is a highly individualised experience. It's also entirely experiential, which means it has to be experienced before it can be properly comprehended.

Prayer is done with expectation whereas Meditation is acceptance of His Will which is the primary requirement to realize the Truth.

We pray because we are expecting something; we do meditation because we are preparing to accept what he wants to give us. In prayer we speak to the Lord; in meditation we hear him.

The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
Tarot for Your Self A Workbook for Personal Transformation Second Edition (M...
Is it necessary for everyone on the world to work for a common goal? If that's the case, what would it be?
1. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE
SPIRITUAL? IS IT A TRAINING
METHOD OR SOMETHING ELSE .
2. > Spirituality is defined as the awareness of a feeling, sense, or belief
that there is something bigger than myself, that there is more to being
human than sensory experience, and that the larger total of which we
are a part is cosmic or divine in nature.
Spiritual science is necessary for understanding why we should practise
spirituality. We can only make deliberate endeavours to perform spiritual
practises on a regular basis if the intellect has been convinced of their
importance.
Many people start spiritual practises, but only a small percentage complete
them. Few people practise spirituality for more than a year, and even fewer
people advance spiritually. So, what's up? There are many genuine seekers.
Spirituality is not a skill that only a few people possess. Spirituality is universal,
and anyone, even the most heinous of people, can reach God realisation through
authentic spiritual practise. People forsake Spirituality because, in the vast
majority of cases, they do not follow its universal precepts.
When a seeker, deliberately or unknowingly, disregards these rules, he risks
spiritual stagnation or even regression. It's like a climber rejecting the law of
gravity while climbing a mountain if a seeker ignores these principles when
practising Spirituality. Such seekers may become disillusioned with Spirituality
over time and believe that it is false. SSRF has included the most significant
spiritual ideas in this area so that seekers do not spend their valuable lives on
ineffective practises.
How can true peace be attained? https://bit.ly/3dkO3Br
What should we look into?
● In theory , the writings we study should provide clear instructions on how to
proceed with spiritual practise. The six basic spiritual themes should be adhered
to in the spiritual teaching delivered in the books.
● When it comes to spiritual books, we should read literature produced by Saints
or Gurus if we want to improve spiritually. In literature produced by Saints of the
greatest order, there is 100 percent Divine Consciousness, compared to 0-2
percent in spiritual texts authored by other authors of lesser spiritual levels.
Thus, we can only gain intellectual understanding by reading spiritual works
written by authors of lower spiritual levels. However, even when reading spiritual
writings written by Saints, we get Divine Consciousness (Chaitanya), which is the
goal of spiritual practise.
3. ● When reading Holy Scriptures, we must be careful not to confine our
understanding to a narrow sectarian perspective. We should strive to harmonise
it with Spirituality's all-encompassing science.
● When we read the Holy Scriptures, we must remember that the text has an
implied meaning. It is critical that we comprehend and apply the implied
meaning. Otherwise, no matter how many hundreds of Bible readings we do on a
regular basis, our spiritual progress will be limited.
What research approach should we use?
A. We should start by reading the spiritual work's preface to obtain a sense of the
author's or compiler's motivation for putting the material together. This would also aid
us in comprehending the context in which the author or compiler is attempting to
express spiritual principles.
B. At each step, we should ask ourselves questions to ensure that we understand every
line of the text. If we are unsure about something, we should seek clarification from our
spiritual mentor or the satsang (spiritual meeting) conductor.
C. Once we have a clear understanding of a piece of the book, we should describe it to
someone in our own words. Explaining an idea to someone else and encouraging them
to ask questions is a useful approach to determine how well we understand it.
D. We should consider whether we have ever experienced what we are studying and, if
not, why not. If we haven't encountered a certain Truth in the Bible, it signifies we need
to increase our spiritual practise.
E. We should develop precise plans to put what we've learned into practise, and check
in periodically to see if we're making progress as expected.
F. From time to time, we should review the same text. This is because as one's spiritual
level rises, so does one's ability to comprehend the text, implement it, and so on.
What percentage of our time should we spend on
spiritual studies?
Those looking for a job in the primary stage: We should read ‘just for the sake of
reading' at this level, that is, to build some belief in Spirituality and its practise. We
should read Holy writings in which the literal and inferred meanings differ minimally or
not at all.
When we start to have spiritual experiences after practising Spirituality, this reading
comes in handy for confirming them. For example, if we smell an incense stick without it
being burnt, we are neither startled nor do we consider it if we have already read about
it and understand that it is a spiritual experience.
Intermediate seekers: At this stage, studying is less important because we have faith in
Spirituality.
4. Most significantly, if we do not combine spiritual practise with study, we risk not
achieving spiritual growth because of the vanity that comes with voracious reading and
the information that comes with it. There is no substitute for spiritual practise, and all of
our studies should aim to help us achieve higher levels of spiritual practise.

Spirituality in 10 Facts :
1. The term "spirituality" refers to ways of life and behaviours that express a vision of
human existence and how the human spirit might realise its full potential.
2. During the last quarter of the twentieth century, the concept of spirituality
expanded well beyond its Christian roots, even transcending religion itself. It has
evolved into a broad-based search for spiritual experiences and spiritual activities
manifested in a number of forms. Spirituality is becoming more popular in fields
such as medicine and business.
3. Secular spirituality refers to spirituality that occurs outside of religious contexts.
4. A secular saint, such as Mohandas Gandhi or Dag Hammarskjöld, is someone who
is respected for their altruistic effort or inspiring life, regardless of religion.
5. Spirituality can be divided into four categories: ascetic, mystical, active-practical,
and prophetic-practical. There is some overlap between these types.
6. The various types encourage self-transcendence and transformation by moving
away from what they perceive to be "inauthentic" and toward the "authentic." They
aim to provide answers to problems like where transformation is thought to occur
(context), how it occurs (practises, ways of life), and what the ultimate goal of
transformation is (human destiny).
7. Spiritual practises are actions that are done on a regular basis and are focused on
spiritual growth. They allow people to advance toward whatever they see to be the
ultimate aim of human life. They definitely entail some self-sacrifice in that they
entail devoting time and energy that could have been spent on more instantly
pleasurable activities.
5. 8. Meditation and introspection, artistic practises, solitary retreats, and pilgrimages to
religious shrines or places of religious influence are all examples of spiritual
practises.
9. Spiritual capital is a concept used to describe the potential usefulness of
spirituality in our daily life. This notion, which entails quantifying the value
of spiritual, moral, or psychological beliefs and activities to society at large,
is to be employed in support of a humanely productive or successful
existence.
10. The concept of ‘spiritual intelligence' aims to provide a spiritual
counterpart to the intellect and emotions' role in human development. Our
ability to cultivate spiritual intelligence is enhanced by our ability to
cultivate spiritual intelligence. https://bit.ly/3dkO3Br
