The Change Team provides feedback from employees, helping MSD make changes like developing a mobile app for more efficient expense reports. Evolve to Succeed aims to determine MSD's strategic roadmap over 3-5 years through workstreams led by individuals across the company. MSD's approach focuses on communication, career development, and building a learning culture to develop talent within a dynamic and flexible organization.
