1. Plan, organize and coordinate all Sub-suppliers and contractors in the field of
supply and construction such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation,
ordering, contracting, custom clearance and etc.
2. - Developing and managing vendor/contractor relationships- managing and
maintaining Vendor registration and database.
3. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions,
policies, and procedures
4. Analyze and clarify / provide all the technical specifications and standards
with technical and project team
5. prepare request for quotation (RFQ) documents
6. Identifying sources of execution and construction. And leading the
relationship with selected vendors
7. Initiate pre-qualification list of bidders for approval in coordination with
initiators/supervisor as required.
8. Prepare tender document with necessary terms and conditions in order to
protect the company from unnecessary liabilities & meet immediate operational
needs timely and accurately.
9. Send tender invitation to the approved bidders in accordance with company
procurement policy and procedure.
10. Conduct bid commercial evaluation, Analyses quotations received based on
price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution
capabilities and the supplier's reputation and history and verify technical
specifications with technical/project department.
11. Prepare and submit award recommendation of contract for approval.
12. Draft and Negotiate the contracts to reflect company's best interest (Prepare
the contract as finalized price, terms and conditions etc. and make them ready
for signature of the relevant person.)
13. Conduct contract clarification meetings with bidders/clients in order to
facilitate & select the most suitable / appropriate bidder in a timely and accurate
way.
14. Main contract order to cash management: Follow & solve relative contract
issues during contract implementation, including contract delivery, contract
implementation, invoice issue, contract change, contract close, etc.
15. Main contract execution and change order management: Fully understand
the main contract and manage all matters of main contract. Push forward for the
settlement of main contract change orders and implement main contract change
process.
16. Claims and dispute settlement: Familiar with the claim procedure.
Independently write claim reports. Communicate with the customers to solve
claims and disputes.
17. Manage invoicing business of relative contract for different Customer
Accounts and solve relative invoice problems.
18. Conduct Guarantees (APG & PBG)
