With our extensive shipping expertise, we can freight
large and small orders worldwide by sea, air, truck and
rail. For immediate delivery, we can access our own
global piping stocks, including heavy and non-standard
wall thicknesses – plus our products can be custom
heat-treated or upgraded to special requirements. We
also carry raw material stocks for the manufacture of
fittings required on a fast-track basis – especially in
carbon, stainless, duplex and super duplex.
Quality assurance – comprehensive testing
We have full ISO 9002 quality assurance certification, and can provide inspections with
test reports certified to DIN 50049 .3.1.B and 3.1.C. Inspections include witness testing
and certification by Lloyds Register, the American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas,
D.N.V and SGS. We also provide testing to international standards on any materials
supplied, in accordance with:
• Chemical: spectrograph and wet analysis
• Mechanical: yield, tensile, charpy, shear, drop weight tear test, bend test
• Weld: weld procedures and weld testing
• Hardness: NACE hardness, Rockwell, Brinnel, Vickers

IPP Scomark
IPP’s latest acquisition to the group is a long
established specialist butt weld and forged fitting
manufacturer in stainless steel, duplex, super duplex,
nickel alloy, high yield carbon steels and all exotic
materials. Its strength is being able to manufacture
approved quality products in short fast track lead
times or on standard mill deliveries. IPP Scomark is
one of the few fitting manufacturers to achieve the
highly sought after NORSOK M650 approval and its
highly trained research and technical design team
has enabled the company to achieve nuclear approval
status for specialist bespoke design fittings.
