The White House Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator (IPEC) has requested public comments on developing a strategic enforcement plan by July 25, 2012. IPEC seeks recommendations on improving government IP enforcement efforts, identifying existing and emerging threats to IP rights, and answering 10 optional questions related to international collaboration, information sharing between government and private sector, improving customs risk assessments, and making more efficient use of government resources to protect IP.
