Introducing a new market

You may know what a domain name is, but do
you know domain names as an appreciating asset
and investment vehicle? Every day there are
thousands of domains bought and sold for net
gains that outperform those made from
traditional investments. We’d like to introduce
you to this global market.
Who We Are

Domain Holdings was co-founded by John
Ferber. Ferber, 38, was the Chief Product Officer
and co-founder of Advertising.com, successfully
shepherding the company’s growth into the
world’s largest third-party online advertising
network. Advertising.com was acquired by AOL
in 2004 for almost $500 million and is the
cornerstone of AOL’s Advertising Division.
Our Mission

Domain Holdings is a Venture Capital backed
company that specializes in the
acquisition, divestment and monetization of
domain names. Our mission is to bring the
highest potential returns of Domain Name
Investing to traditional investors.
The Domain Name Aftermarket
The domain aftermarket is a one that offers investors/domain name owners
access to a market that:
         Is extremely liquid
Has a controlled amount of supply that is very highly sought after
Documented historical evidence of domain appreciation

 In 2011, Domain Sales were reportedly the highest they’ve ever been.

 The accompanying slides indicate the top domain sales since 2007, all of
which are six-figure sales prices. It indicates that despite the prevailing
economic climate in traditional markets, prices in the domain name
aftermarket have remained relatively steady – and even outperformed
  traditional stock market indices.

Markets within the global domain
              marketplace
There are plenty of types of names that suit many different buyers:

 Category Killer Domains: Names that can own a category

 Destination/GEO Names

 Acronyms: Huge buyers market for two and three-letter domains and acronyms.

 Numeric: Huge buyers market for two and three-letter numeric names (especially
    in China)

 Professions, Services, Brands: Verticals offer access to different potential buyers,
    users and revenue.

 Portfolios: It's not just names. Portfolios consisting of hundreds of thousands of
names sell as well. Domain Holdings brokered the sale of a $2M portfolio.
How can we make you money?
Working with Domain Holdings, we are able to operate within your budget, analyze growth opportunities and hand-
deliver a selection for you of the best opportunities in the marketplace. It is important to understand that when you
purchase a domain name, unlike other markets, you are the only one that owns it – and you can monetize your asset
that serves as a passive revenue stream and also adds value to your name.

As your domain aftermarket advisor, we can offer the best monetization options available.

 Resale: Part of the process means we'll analyze the resale potential of a name, and can assist you in divesting
your assets, not just acquiring them.
 Passive Revenue Stream: Think of your name as a virtual billboard on the information superhighway. Advertising
is built on eyeballs. We can help you develop a scalable monetization strategy for your online billboard. A bonus
here is that as it continues to generate revenue for you, it’s value also appreciates, driving up the resale value.

 Other options include:
            - Development
            - Leasing
            - Portfolio Development
            - Platform Monetization

We specialize in domain lifecycle management, complete with an in-house
brokerage and domain market analysts. We’d love to speak with you about
diversifying your investments to include domains.
Domains vs. Traditional Investments

By balancing a variety of different assets
(Precious Metals, Stocks, Bonds, Mutual
Funds, Domain Names) investors can maximize
profits while reducing risk. However, most
investors only have traditional investments that
are all affected by the economy. Since domain
names are not driven by the same factors as
stocks and commodities, they have the power to
maintain or increase their value even when
economic markets are volatile.

Working with Domain Holdings, we are able to operate within your budget, analyze growth opportunities and hand- deliver a selection for you of the best opportunities in the marketplace. It is important to understand that when you purchase a domain name, unlike other markets, you are the only one that owns it – and you can monetize your asset that serves as a passive revenue stream and also adds value to your name. As your domain aftermarket advisor, we can offer the best monetization options available.  Resale: Part of the process means we'll analyze the resale potential of a name, and can assist you in divesting your assets, not just acquiring them.  Passive Revenue Stream: Think of your name as a virtual billboard on the information superhighway. Advertising is built on eyeballs. We can help you develop a scalable monetization strategy for your online billboard. A bonus here is that as it continues to generate revenue for you, it’s value also appreciates, driving up the resale value.  Other options include: - Development - Leasing - Portfolio Development - Platform Monetization We specialize in domain lifecycle management, complete with an in-house brokerage and domain market analysts. We’d love to speak with you about diversifying your investments to include domains.
