Hybrid SLI technology allows a motherboard's integrated GPU and a discrete GPU to work together to provide increased graphics performance. It offers two key benefits: GeForce Boost Mode and HybridPower Mode. GeForce Boost Mode enables the motherboard GPU to help render frames and boost the discrete GPU's performance. HybridPower Mode allows the user to turn off the discrete GPU for less demanding tasks, lowering power consumption and heat/noise. To use Hybrid SLI, a compatible motherboard, GPUs, power supply, operating system, drivers and BIOS are required.
